Tampere University provides a 5G test network for numerous research and development tests. 5G VIIMA in collaboration with RemoteFeel project prepared a telepresence system enabling also remote control of work machines. This is an important step towards realizing properly remotely controlled work machines with the feeling of having the driver located within the remotely operated vehicle.
